AHEAD of 2023 elections, an All Progressives Congress (APC) Chieftain, Dr Ali Ajuh, boasted that APC remains the party to beat in the forthcoming general elections.

He made this known at the APC enlarged stakeholders’ meeting/rally for the presentation of candidates of the party to the Omala people, for various offices in the forthcoming election.

The tour which started from Ogodu axis was later concluded at the local government headquarters in Abejukolo where Hon. Umar Yahaya Connect, Rt. Hon. Abdullahi Ibrahim Ali Halims and Distinguished Senator Jibrin Isah Echocho were presented to the Omala people as the party’s candidates for House of Assembly, Member Omala/Ankpa/Olamaboro Federal Constituency and Senator for Kogi East respectively.

Dr. Ajuh appealed to Omala, Ankpa and Olamaboro electorates to vote massively for Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu/ Shettima for President and Vice President, Senator Jibrin Isah Echocho for Senate and Rt hon Halims Abdullahi Ibrahim for House of Representatives.
In Omala in particular he urged the people to vote massively for Hon Umar Yahaya for House assembly.

The Former Commissioner also described the defection of opposition party members to the APC, which took place recently, and more to take place soon, as a manifestation of victory for the party.
