The King of the ancient kingdom of Abuloma in River State, His Royal Highness (HRH), Brigadier General Bright Ateke Fibionumama (rtd), has applauded the Nigerian Army (NA) and particularly the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lieutenant General Taoreed Lagbaja for sustaining peace and tranquility in Nigeria and relatively in the kingdom.

The paramount ruler made the disclosure when the General Officer Commanding (GOC), 6 Division, Nigerian Army/Land Component Commander, Joint Task Force, South South, Operation DELTA SAFE, Major General Jamal Abdussalam paid him a courtesy visit at his palace.

King Fibionumama thanked the GOC for the visit, hinting that as a people, they sincerely appreciate the gesture.

He further thanked the Nigerian Army for recognizing him as one of them.

The traditional ruler further used the opportunity to inform the GOC that his kingdom will continue to support the Army in discharging its constitutional responsbilities.
