Under the guidance of Executive Chairman of Omala Local Government Area in Kogi state, Hon. Edibo Peter Ameh Mark, a delegation of Omagede (OTUTUBATU) youths, led by the Senior Special Assistant on Security Matters, Hon. Ikani Reuben, embarked on a community cleaning exercise.
The initiative is aimed at restoring their ancestral home to its former glory, paving the way for their safe return after years of abandonment due to communal clashes.
The event was marked by an outpour of joy and gratitude from the participating youths, who sang praises and chanted the name of the Executive Chairman of Omala local government for making the zone a safe haven.
Mr. Joshua Adah (Adahama) expressed his heartfelt appreciation to Hon. Edibo Peter Ameh Mark for his tireless efforts in restoring peace to Bagana.
The exercise was concluded peacefully, demonstrating the community’s commitment to rebuilding and revitalizing their homeland.
