Sequel to the list released in the early hours of Thursday, Hon Danielson Ali, from Ofu local government area of Kogi state has been nominated as a member of the Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
Ali’s name was listed as Member, Support Groups Coordination (North Central).
Accepting the gesture, Ali thanked the jubilant party supporters who stormed his residence to felicitate with him.
He also pledged his unalloyed support for the APC while maintaining that the victory of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the forthcoming general election is a done deal.
Ali further expressed his gratitude to Alhaji Murtala Yakubu Ajaka for his mentorship role in Nigeria and applaudable strides in Kogi state.
“I was lucky to be nominated to serve in the PCC of our great party and it is not by power nor by might but the decision of God Almighty.
“I am very grateful to Hon Murtala Yakubu Ajaka for recommending me for a big Assignment of this nature. I must confess that he is the kind of leader that we desire at this critical time in Kogi state,” he said.
He also used the occasion to show appreciation to the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Adoza Bello who he described as “the hope of African youths in politics”.
He thanked Victor Omorgohi Odekina and all members of Coalition Of Muri Network for always standing by him.
