Igala Nation Mourns as Arc GY Adukwu Takes a Bow
The Igala Nation has been thrown into mourning as Arc Gabriel Yakubu Aduku took a bow from earth in the early hours of Monday.
Aduku was the immediate past Chairman of the Arewa Consultative Forum, ACF.
The deceased until his death was also the President of Nigerian Institute of Architects.
The deceased was also a former Minister of State for Health.
As a result of his immense contributions to the development of the Igala Nation, Architect Gabriel Yakubu Aduku was recognized and honored with the title of Amana Ogohi 1 by the Ata of Igala Kingdom.
The deceased reputably designed the Party Logo of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, in 1998.
Chief Aduku was born on Thursday 3rd February, 1944 in Anyigba, Dekina LGA of Kogi State to the family of Aduku Aguye Aga of Ameh Ohiga clan.
He died few days after celebrating his 80th birthday.
