The World Health Organisation (WHO) Regional Director for Africa, Dr Matshidiso Moeti, has said that cancer mortality may increase to nearly one million deaths per year by 2030 if there are no urgent and bold interventions. IN the aftermath of the truck accident in Ojuelegba which claimed nine lives, the Lagos State Government has vowed to prosecute reckless truck drivers who are complicit in accidents to the full extent of the law.
