Information reaching SPY News has confirmed the demise of Ambassador Ademola Rasaq Seriki, Nigeria’s Ambassador to Spain. The Diplomat, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) died on Wednesday. Sources said Ambassador Seriki died in Madrid, Spain after battling an undisclosed ailment. He was aged 63. A 29-year old commercial motorcyclist popularly known as Okada, Jamiu Adegesin, has been sentenced to life imprisonment for raping a 21-year old woman on Aug. 18, 2018 at Temidare, Sabo area in Abeokuta, Ogun state. SPY News gathered that Adegesin was arraigned on one-count charge of rape by the police. He, however, pleaded not guilty. The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC), has raided the Sheik Gumi Market in Kaduna, where they seized unregistered and expired tomato paste worth over N2 million. NAN reports that the seizure was made from 16 shops in the market, where 75 cartons of expired and unregistered tomato paste of various brands were seized.
