The Delta State Police Command has arrested three nurses at a private hospital in Asaba, the state capital. According to investigations, the hospital had confirmed dead a newborn brought by the parents for treatment on Sunday. A report by PUNCH newspaper have indicated the killing of four soldiers in Enugu state. The soldiers were shot in Iyiachi community in Oji River Local Government Area of Enugu State. The attack is coming 24 hours after a police station was attacked and set ablaze in the same local government. Two persons including a policeman and a civilian who had gone to the station to lodge a complaint were killed by the gunmen. Russia has reportedly fired 75 missiles at various cities across Ukraine. Mykhailo Podolyak, adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, gave the figure on Telegram. The Commissioner of Police in Enugu State, Ahmed Ammani, has ordered a full-scale investigation to unravel circumstances surrounding the death of five close family relatives in the state.
