El-Rufai said Obi ordered his arrest when he was a governor in 2013. The Enugu Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Friday, October 14, 2022 arrested twelve (12) bankers for suspected insider fraud. (AP) — Two men fired at soldiers on a Russian military firing range near Ukraine on Saturday, killing 11 and wounding 15 before being slain themselves, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
