EFCC Nabs 15 Suspected Internet Fraudsters in Abuja

Abuloma Kingdom Lauds Nigerian Army For Sustaining Peace

Operatives of the Makurdi Zonal Directorate of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, have arrested 15 suspected internet fraudsters in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, FCT.

They were arrested in Amax Apartment, Guzape, following credible intelligence that linked them to fraudulent internet activities.

Items recovered from them include a Toyotaย Highlander with customized registration number (BORNO AAA)ย and phones.

They have made useful statements and will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded.

a group of cell phones and a passport The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) made an arrest following a thorough investigation. The suspect was apprehended after evidence linking them to financial malpractices was uncovered. The EFCC’s swift action highlights their commitment to combatting financial crimes in the country.
