THE Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has embraced neutrality hinting that the proscribed group opt to remain neutral in the forthcoming 2023 general election.
However, it said it had no intention to disrupt the poll.
The group said the statements issued by the two United States based institutes- National Democratic Institute (NDI) and International Republican Institute (IRI), accusing IPOB of planning to disrupt the election, were sponsored, fallacious and false statements against IPOB.
According to a statement by IPOB Media and Publicity Secretary, Emma Powerful, the group revealed that IPOB did not issue any order to disrupt elections in Nigeria in 2023.
