POCACOV Appoints Hon. Duro Meseko as Patron for Kogi West
Hon. Duro Meseko, the Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress and member of the National Working Committee, has been appointed as the POCACOV Patron for Kogi West Senatorial District of Kogi State.
In a letter issued and signed by the National Coordinator of POCACOV, CSP Olabisi Oluseyi Okuwobi, she said, “We have been following your remarkable contributions to Kogi State development and believe that your expertise and influence will greatly benefit Kogi State POCACOV and its mission.”
“As a Patron, you will play a crucial role in supporting and promoting POCACOV’s initiatives. Your involvement will inspire stakeholders, and your guidance will be invaluable in helping to achieve preventive policing goals. We are confident that your passion for a crime-free Kogi State aligns perfectly with our mission,” Okuwobi added.
The body stated that as the Patron of POCACOV, it is expected of Hon. Duro Meseko to bring to bear his wealth of media experience to the success of POCACOV in Kogi State.
POCACOV, which stands for Police Campaign Against Cultism And Other Vices, is a Community Policing Initiative by the Nigeria Police Force under the National Coordinator, DSP Olabisi Oluseyi Okuwobi.
