Omala CTC Leads High Ranking Military Personnel on Inspection Tour to Bagana
Earlier today, the Chairman, Caretaker Transition Committee (CTC) of Omala Local Government Area in Kogi state, Hon Edibo Ameh Mark led a team of high powered military personnel on an inspection tour of Bagana Community.
The military personnel and a deployment of troops were in Omala LGA and Bagana to have an overview of the landscape in the aftermaths of reoccurring crisis in the area.

While in Bagana, Major General Obinna Onubogu, the General officer commanding (GOC) 2 Division, Nigerian Army advised indigenes on their ability to manage the crisis themselves because it is a communal war.
He encouraged them to imbibe the spirit of oneness and equity so as to help the military bring back the long anticipated peace.
Maj-Gen. Onubogu reiterated the military’s efforts to help the community in restoring peace and order but according to him the major roles and its success lies within the cooperation of the indigenes who should bury their differences and embrace peace.

The CTC applauded the military’s proactiveness and promised to offer necessary information needed to apprehend the culprits.

Hon Edibo promised to do all in his powers to return peace and order back to Bagana.
