Police Arrest Igbo Woman For Stabbing Her Igala Neighbour To Death In Abuja
An Igala teenager, Salma Yunusa, a native of Ajagwumu in Dekina Local Government was stabbed to death by a single mother of two, Immaculate Chukwudi.
SPY News Nigeria gathered that the murderer lives in the same compound with Salma and her elder sister Bilikisu Yunusa.
The tragic incidence happened on Tuesday 12th March, 2024 at Byanzhi, Kubwa area of Abuja.
Preliminary investigation revealed that an argument ensued due to spreading of clothes on a line fixed by the deceased’s elder sister.
The argument degenerated leading to Immaculate Chukwudi taking a knife.
She later stabbed the deceased in the presence of many neighbours.
Salma gave up the ghost on the way to Kubwa General Hospital.
The culprit (Immaculate) confessed to the police holding the blood stained knife, she’s currently in police custody in Kubwa.
Sadly, the corpse was buried yesterday in Ajagwumu Dekina Local Government.
The elder sister of the deceased is calling on the public and human rights organisations to help her sister get justice.
