G37 Cautions Donald Trump, Drums Support for Renewed Hope Agenda

The G37 Coalition Support Group has called on Nigerians to remain steadfast by supporting the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ahead of the 2027 General Elections.

The Convener of the Forum, Hon. Ben Amodu gave the charge on Friday during a Press Briefing in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital.

Amodu also cautioned the President of the United States, Donald Trump, to mind his business and halt any form of distractions targeted at the country.

“The era of colonialism is now archaic, trashed and forgotten. Nigeria is a sovereign state. We should not allow anyone to sit in their comfort zones to dictate for us.

“Donald Trump should mind his business. We understand the fact that he is out to distract Mr President but the Renewed Hope Agenda has achieved notable results and the realistic commendation by the majority of Nigerians speak a louder volume”.

According to Amodu, labelling Nigeria as a country of particular concern is not an issue but threatening to invade parts of the country is undemocratic.

“We are making progress. The pace may be slow but President Tinubu is obviously on track. He should be commended for the job thus far. Trump should stop distracting our President. We are not slaves to the West,” he lamented.

Recall that President Trump had tweeted to intervene in what he described as a genocide targeted at Christians in Nigeria.
